It’s designed for busy CEOs who want valuable perspectives without interrupting up their schedule.
What is a typical meeting agenda?
The forum is structured to get you help with your most pressing decisions. A typical 90-minute session includes:
00:00- Welcome back! Settle in.
00:05 - Check in: One word to describe how you’re feeling as it pertains to your business (10 min)
00:15 - What major tailwinds are affecting your business right now, and how are you adapting?
01:00 - Key Exploration (10 Minutes each) – What is 1 decision or challenge you need help with right now and why?
01:25 - Action Items – What’s 1 action you’re going to take as a result of today’s meeting.

Where will it be hosted?
The forum is hosted live on Zoom. Each group meets at the same time every month (e.g. 2nd Wednesday of every month at 8:30am). A calendar an invite will be added to your calendar with a Zoom link as soon as you join a group. If you do not see one please email the member who invited you.
How Long Are The Meetings
Most groups meet 90-minutes a month.
How many meetings can I miss?
Most groups allow an allowance of 2-3 meetings a member can miss a year.
How many members are in each meeting?
